I have fascination for time management     Even after reading so many books its very difficult to follow what they preach . I liked few lines from one book which I want to share.     Work quality is divided in 4 types

I.   Important and urgent .     You cannot escape and You have to do it just now

II. Important and not urgent . One should be more in this mode . you have enough time to plan and do your important activity. Fix your date for your task and do it in time . If you procrastinate you are in trouble and will land yourself in the class I mode where you have to work under stress.

III. Not important but urgent . You cant help in some of this activity . like your boss holds a meeting which might be of no value to you .   Another type of activity is  that if its of less importance but urgent you can delegate it to your junior.

IV. Not important  not urgent .    You should not be in this mode.  Like I waste a hell lot of my type in aimless chattering and gossiping and aimlessly seeing the TV or aimlessly driving to kill time.
