I liked few lines from one book which I want to share.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">     </SPAN>Work quality is divided in 4 types</P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">I.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">   </SPAN>Important and urgent .<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">     </SPAN>You cannot escape and You have to do it just now </P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p> </o:p></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">II. Important and not urgent . One should be more in this mode . you have enough time to plan and do your important activity. Fix your date for your task and do it in time . If you procrastinate you are in trouble and will land yourself in the class I mode where you have to work under stress.</P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o:p> </o:p></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">III. Not important but urgent . You cant help in some of this activity . like your boss holds a meeting which might be of no value to you . <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </SPAN>Another type of activity is<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  t</SPAN>hat if its of less importance but urgent you can delegate it to your junior.</P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o:p> </o:p></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">IV. Even after earning few lacs per annum I am in the receiving end as all my money is gobbled up my the loans which I took to buy the different materialistic goods I bought in impulse . My servants are richer than me . They eat well and sleep well and wisely spend their money .
